However, I would be cautious of any attorney who doesn't use proper spelling or grammar. It should be, "if you are a bankruptcy . . . " or "if you're a bankruptcy . . . ." And a company is not a "who" it is an "it." I will stop there with the corrections, but you get the point. This simply shows that the quality of work cannot be judged by a degree on the wall.
